	Construction, Hardware and Insulation . . . Unit exterior sides, front, rear door and interior is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel. Exterior top is constructed of heavy gauge aluminized steel. Door is equipped with guaranteed for life cam lift, gravity-action, metal glide hinges with sty open feature at 120º. Guaranteed for life, work flow handle is mounted horizontally over recess in door which limits protrusion from door face into aisle ways. Door is standard with cylinder lock. Easily removable for cleaning, vinyl magnetic gasket assures tight door seal. Anti-condensate heater is located behind door opening. Door is hinged as left as standard. Cabinet and door contain high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation.
	Blast Chill Operation . . . In the blast chill mode, four blowers, as well as secondary temperature controls are in operation. Cabinet temperature can be as low as 0ºF. Close monitoring of temperature through the probes and microprocessor control assure a rapid chill without freezing product. After chill operation is complete and food product has reached target temperature, which is adjustable from 35ºF to 41ºF, the maintenance system takes over automatically and maintains product as set maintenance temperature, which is adjustable from 34ºF to 41ºF. Product temperature data is accumulated during operation and can be download through a printout from the onboard printer or through a hardwire connection to the user's PC with software supplied by Traulsen . the control will store data for a 72 hour period.
	Warranties . . . The standard warranty is a one year parts and labor warranty on all components and the cabinet, and an additional for year parts only warranty on the ¾HP maintenance compressor.
