The Undercounter
Blast Chill Refrigeration system is designed to quickly cool hot
cooked foods through the temperature danger zone most conducive to
micro-organism growth to assure food safety. The result is
increased product storage life. Rapid chilling also promoted
increased product storage life and allows for greater labor
productivity in the kitchen.

Construction,

Unit exterior
sides, front, door, exterior, top and interior are
constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel. Exterior
sub top, bottom and back is constructed of heavy gauge
aluminized steel.
Doors are equipped with
guaranteed for life cam lift, gravity-action, self-closing,
metal glide hinges with stay open features at 120º. A
vertical door handle is provided.
Easily removable for
cleaning, vinyl magnetic gasket assures tight door
seal. Anti-condensate heater is located behind door
opening. Door is hinged left as standard.
Cabinet and door contains
high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane
insulation.

interior arrangements consist of 5 pair of universal tray
slides which are provided to hold five each 12" x
20" inset pans, or five each 18" x 26" sheet
pans. |

Warranties

The standard
warranty is a one year parts and labor warranty on all
components and the cabinet. and an additional four year
parts only warranty on both compressors. |
